Every photograph and video published on our website, social media, or gallery is 100% guide-captured during real expeditions in Northern Norway. We strictly prohibit the use of AI-generated landscapes, composite sky replacements, or stock photography.

2. Norwegian Copyright Act (Åndsverkloven § 104) Compliance

Under Åndsverkloven § 104, photographs where a person is the main identifiable subject cannot be published or commercially distributed without explicit, affirmative consent.

Professional RAW and JPEG photography is an included amenity with your booking. During your expedition, guests receive a digital Photo Request & Delivery Form (accessed via our onboard brochure QR code). This form explicitly captures your email and your individual promotional usage preferences:

✅ Private / Non-Commercial Option: If promotional usage is not authorized, your photos are delivered strictly for your personal use and  will never be published publicly on our website, social media, or marketing channels.

✅ Opt-In Commercial Option: Selected portraits and group captures are featured on our official media channels only when explicit, affirmative opt-in consent is provided on the form.

✅ Shared Group Tour Notice: For shared group expeditions, photos are delivered via a secure group folder shared strictly with the email  addresses of participating guests from that specific tour date.
