2. File Sizing & Desktop Download Recommendation

To preserve maximum sensor detail for print reproduction, our full-frame cameras produce uncompressed RAW files where individual images can reach up to 80 MB per file.

ⓘ  Important Technical Notice: Due to heavy file sizes and compressed mobile ZIP handling, downloading files directly onto a desktop or laptop computer is strongly recommended rather than downloading directly onto a mobile phone or tablet.

3. Automated 7-Day Cloud Deletion Protocol (GDPR)

To comply with European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) storage minimization rules, secure cloud links remain active for exactly 7 days. After 7 days, cloud links automatically expire and files are permanently purged from active storage. Please back up your files immediately upon receipt.
