Cruise Passenger Guide
Port Pickup & Terminal Guidance
We provide direct van pickup and drop-off for cruise travelers. Please identify your docking quay, find your designated van stop below, and be waiting at the stop at your agreed pickup time.
1. Prostneset City Center Terminal (Quays 1–8)
Located directly in downtown Tromsø.

Best Van Stop:
Scandic Ishavshotel Main Entrance
(Fredrik Langes gate 2).
✅ Pickup Instruction: Disembark and take a 2-minute flat walk to Scandic Ishavshotel. Please wait outside the entrance at your agreed pickup time.
✅ Drop-off: Returned directly to Scandic Ishavshotel, Prostneset, or your downtown hotel.
2. Breivika Industrial Terminal (Quays 24 & 25)
Located 4.5 km north of downtown. Pedestrian walking is prohibited due to port cargo traffic.
✅ Best Van Stop: Breivika Main Port Security Gate.
✅ Pickup Instruction: Exit the ship security area and wait directly outside the Security Gate at your agreed pickup time. Our van will pull up right to the gate.
✅ Direct Drop-off Guarantee: On all late-night chases (when public buses are dormant), our van drops you directly back at the Breivika Security Gate.
All-Aboard Departure Buffer:
We coordinate pickup and drop-off times strictly around your ship's schedule. All daytime fjord tours return at least 45 Minutes prior to your ship's scheduled all-aboard time.
