Our expeditions utilize 2024 4x4 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans engineered with high ground clearance for deep snow navigation. Due to Arctic winter terrain and commercial transport driver regulations, pickup and drop-off accessibility is governed by specific parameters:

✅  Accessible Pickup & Drop-off Locations: Pickups and drop-offs are conducted at designated, well-lit central locations with cleared, ice-managed walkways (e.g., Prostneset terminal, Breivika port security gates, and major downtown hotel entrances) to minimize slipping hazards on unplowed ice paths.

✅ Vehicle Step-Up Height: Entering and exiting the van requires stepping onto an elevated side footboard. Guests must be capable of stepping up unassisted or with a traveling companion's assistance.
