        What to bring

          What to Wear Underneath Your Thermal Suit:

          • Base & Mid-Layers: Thermal underwear (wool or synthetic), a fleece/sweater, and warm trousers to wear comfortably beneath the thermal suit.
          • Warm Accessories: Heavy wool socks, a warm winter hat, gloves/mittens, and a scarf.
          • Footwear: Sturdy, insulated winter boots with good tread (boots are not included with the suit).
